A Comparison of the Project Management Methodologies PRINCE2 and PMBOK in Managing Repetitive Construction Projects

Nowadays, companies employ various project management (PM) methodologies to ensure that their projects are effective and successful. It is worth knowing differences in principles processes of PM influence the use different PMs managing non-repetitive repetitive construction projects. This paper presents selection application a rational methodology after comparison two methodologies, namely Project Management Body Knowledge (PMBOK) Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2).
